Glass Stair Railing
Designed and Developed by Westhampton Architectural Glass
Glass railings for stairs can utilize a number of different installation techniques, including:
- Buried shoe for a floating look
- Standoffs attached to the end of treads
- Structural plates into treads hidden with a cap that makes the appearance of the tread running through
- 2-part stringer to create a sawtooth look
- Stainless posts with glass attached via posts
- Glass structurally glazed to stainless plates
Each stair is unique and our team can help you through the process of the design and engineering your stair railing project, from the most basic design to the most complicated.
